Tracked 48 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours (2 days from dispatch) Mon-Sat, this is a delivery aim and unfortunately not guaranteed. Tracking available
Standard 2nd Class - Royal Mail usually deliver within 2-3 working days, this service is not tracked and will only provide an update once they have attempted delivery
Standard 1st Class - Royal Mail usually deliver within 1-2 working days, this service is not tracked and will only provide an update once they have attempted delivery
All orders are aimed to be posted same/next day, we do not take responsibility for any undelivered parcels as this is fault of Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that your order is undelivered we will contact Royal Mail and/or file a claim if they are unable locate your order. Once this process has be completed you will be refunded. We do not take responsibility for an incorrect or incomplete address as this should be checked before placing your order. Royal mail will only refund the amount that the type of postage covers all details are online, this also depends If they accept or decline your claim.
Returns
14 Days Return Policy
We accept returns for up to 14 days from dispatch date, all items must be in the condition which you received them, unworn tags attached and must not have any marks or smell eg. perfume, smoke, pet odours.

We offer exchange if we have the item available in stock upon receiving your return, providing you are happy to cover the postage costs.
